Ordering and Return Policies


Before you order please be aware that we do not stock a full inventory of the items listed on the website. This means your order may be “made to order”. You can expect your items to ship within 14 days of your order, and we will not charge your payment method more than 24 hours before we ship. Feel free to contact us via email to inquire about an estimated shipping date if it is not provide in your confirmation e-mail.

Since we are a micro manufacturer our capacity to produce orders may be upset by large orders, or unusually busy periods. If there is any impediment to shipping your order in a timely manner we will contact you ASAP. Please be patient with us, your sweat shop free, made to order apparel will be worth the wait.

Returns & Exchanges:

While we want to keep you completely satisfied and shopping at TOMBOY please keep in mind that we are a micro manufacturer and may not be able to extend the same return and exchange policies that you'll find at big box stores.

We accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase (I.E. the date listed on your shipping receipt) if the item is in new condition (this excludes anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way) All original tags must be attached.

Exchanges will be processed free of charge, except that you will need to pay the post-office for the return shipping.

Refunds to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The best way to ensure a painless return or exchange is to contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with your order and we can work together to resolve the situation.
